Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a government organisation. Our client is looking to hire an experienced UAE National to join their legal team in a newly created position as Head of Commercial Contracts.

The contract drafting is currently handled by a separate government division but due to an increased workload the organisation is bringing this function in-house. You will work alongside an experienced, high achieving and successful legal function.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be admitted to practice and qualified within a large and esteemed law firm. You should have at least 6 years experience working on complex contract drafting across various industries and come from a solid corporate commercial background. You should also have exceptional contract drafting skills in both English and Arabic. Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role.
