The RoleThe RoleA growing, diverse group of companies is seeking to enhance its internal and external communications by recruiting a senior executive to devise an integrated communications strategy and implement it in all areas of the business. This will include setting up or improving existing communication channels such as websites, intranet, press releases and media publications, PR and staff/customer feedback. It will also involve working closely with the board of directors to understand short and long term company strategy for the group and individual operating companies. This role will ideally be based in Cyprus but Bahrain would be a possible base for the right candidate. |
RequirementsRequirementsIndividuals with the following experience will be most of interest: * Bachelor degree in a relevant business subject * Experience in a similar position for a large multi-national organisation, preferably based in the Middle East * Experience of both developing and implementing communications strategies * Knowledge of website and intranet development * Fluent in Arabic and English, ideally with knowledge of French * Excellent communication skills including public speaking and the ability to deal with the media * Results oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
