Job description / Role
Directs the activities of the Competence Development & Performance Management Division in order to manage and monitor the company’s annual performance management cycle & process, and, using the Qatargas Competence Framework, drive the augmentation of the company’s levels of technical and generic business competences.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business or Psychology.
• 10 years HR generalist experience including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• 4 years performance management and/or competence development experience
Only Candidates with Extensive Performance management experience will be considered for this position. Ideally within an oil and gas, infrastructure or major project management.
