The Role

Head of Consulting required to join professional services division for a Multi-National Dubai based consultancy. This senior role will involve managing resources across the professional services division for multiple regions. This is a client facing position that requires excellent communication and people management abilities. The role is English speaking, Arabic regarded as beneficial whilst previous Middle Eastern experience is extremely valuable. You will be based in Dubai but maybe required to travel throughout the region. The role encompasses tax-free salary + excellent benefits.

Requirements

You will be responsible for on-going client services for various IT projects (ITIL is regarded as a plus) across the region. You will also be Managing Operations and PMO in addition to ongoing strategy enabling organisational growth. Responsibilities include, business development, project / programme management, Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Managing client expectations, Business Process Advisory as well as supporting various LOB’s i.e. financial services, / Erp / BI etc.
