Job description / Role
Candidates must have experience in UAE / Gulf region healthcare and real estate industries.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of investment documentation such as proposals, presentations, per-qualification documentation
- Business development strategies, plans and budgets
- Carrying out valuation and feasibility studies
- Merger & Acquisitions strategies, analysis, negotiations and structuring
- Carrying out due diligence and in-depth business analysis for investments
- Structuring business deals with full execution project plans
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Must have experience from Islamic investment banking, financial institutions, accountancy or professional services firms in the UAE or Gulf region
- 8 – 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, valuation, M&A transactions
- Excellent knowledge of Islamic banking procedures and systems
- Excellent proven quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Ability to conduct long term financial and revenue planning with excellent knowledge of financial modelling
- Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Effective research and analysis experience
- Ability to prepare professional written documentation
- Excellent knowledge of legal frameworks within the healthcare and real estate industries in the UAE and Gulf region
Education:
- MBA in Finance or Economics
- CFA qualifications is an advantage
