Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Head of Corporate Propositions you will be responsible to develop, implement and track marketing initiatives with impact on customer acquisition and revenue (up-sell / cross-sell, retention etc.) across the corporate segment (>100 lines).

You will be responsible of identifying and tracking market trends in major areas (e.g. mobile/fixed, internet, data and voice services) using external or internal data sources. This involves market research and internal analysis to understand the segment needs and behaviours, ensuring that existing and new propositions are effectively managed through their lifecycles and continue to hit the required revenue targets, tracking the results of marketing initiatives through regular reports/analysis and identify and implement adjustment measures, if necessary.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:

* Developing segment strategy and managing the segment proposition roadmap in line with the overall segment marketing plan.

* Supporting product development with inputs throughout the product development process, ensuring the segments' customer experience is kept paramount through this process via commercial BSIM/FUT verification.

* Ownership of the Business segments  outward facing activities ie. External focused efforts to deliver offers and products to market : eg.  marcoms, branding, sales training, channel management etc.)

* Working with the new CVM team to develop and implement an initial CVM strategy for the segment.

Requirements

You should have a bachelor degree in commercial, IT or Telecom with 12+ working experience, 6 years B2B commercial sales experience + 6 years in product/segment/marketing management.
* Good understanding of B2B direct sales.
* Good understanding of professional B2B marketing.
* Good understanding of Nawras (or general Telco) product development.
* Good understanding of ATL and BTL marketing, including direct agency liaison.
* Customer orientation.
* Analytical skills.
* Flexible.
* Team player
* Structured approach in managing parallel tasks and decision making.
* Detail and quality oriented.
* Good Communications Skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills a plus.
* Good MS office skills.
