The Role


- Establish of both annual and monthly sales objectives in Coordination with the company business plan
- Providing an annual sales plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
- Coordination with the CEO / COO, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company
- Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the company’s HNW customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies.
- Well known of the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Develop existing and new HNW clients relationships in the UAE, GCC and MENA region, to retain and increase total assets, revenues and profitability
- Build a book of business, market share and share of wallet by acquiring new clients, HNW community outreach and referrals
- Create the best possible customer experience and meet the clients broad rang of investment needs
- Leverage the expertise of the company including key product and service group in face to face interactions with HNW clients

Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
Allocating areas to sales executives
Setting budgets / Targets
Liaising with other line managers
Reporting back to Senior Manager
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company products or services
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
Identification and execution of new sales opportunities
Provide insight and expertise to further product development
Lead and develop the sales team
