Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To develop & grow the regional business by maintaining and growing existing business and targeting new business in accordance with department strategy. Leading, managing, and developing the sales across multiple functions and teams to achieve the Corporate Sales teams regional objectives, financial targets.

Requirements

Ideally degree educated from a recognized University.
Attended Professional sales and negotiation courses.

EXPERIENCE FIELDS
Must have previous field experience of working in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment, ideally in the Middle East. Experience in the insurance field would be considered a plus.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of experience in a managerial sales position.
