Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Up to 35000 KWD per month

You must have significant experience of designing a corporate training model, establishing and implementing service standards, training standards, re-evaluating and re casting vision and values of a business.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the execution of training and development strategies. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to define and articulate long term goals in to a phased action plan which can be delivered to a diverse group of stakeholders. You will have strong relationship building and influencing skills as well as the ability to drive initiatives whilst recognising the different cultures and personalities within the business and how this translates into different service standards and behaviours. Experience of assessing performance gaps and working with customer facing teams is essential.

You must have previous experience of developing and executing training initiatives in a multi-brand environment, preferably in a customer focused environment such as retail or hospitality.
