Head of Credit Control, Operations and Administration - Wholesale Banking

Job description / Role

- Working for a leading UAE Bank, with growing regional operations, they hold a fantastic brand name and reputation in the market - recruiting and retaining top talent from around the globe.
- As Head of the department, you will have oversight of the entire Credit Control, Administration / Documentation and Operations for the Wholesale and Corporate Banking department. This will also include SME and HNWI accounts. Key responsibilities will include man-management, providing direction to ensure a high-level of operational control and reporting procedures, driving process improvement initiatives, managing key internal and external relationships, training, developing and recruitment staff.

Requirements

- You must have a minimum of 10 years relevant Credit Control and Operations experience. You must have Big Bank experience from one of the more developed Banking & Financial markets (e.g. the UK, Europe, US, Australia, etc). Candidates based internationally will also be considered. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven background is also a must.
