Head of Credit Documentation – UAE

A large regional bank are seeking an experienced professional to manage the overall activities of the Documentation Unit. The Primary function will be to ensure all aspects of documentation pertaining to the approved facilities have been taken care of and the necessary documentation is attained in line with the Bank’s policies and guidelines. This includes enhancement of the security and charge documents as well as other related formalities pertaining to the newly approved, revised and renewed facilities, prior to releasing the approved facilities’ package to the Credit Control Unit, so that the Bank’s risk is adequately covered at all times. The role will also entail assisting IT in implementing and amending systems.

Requirements

Requirements:

- A strong and relevant academic background
- A minimum of 8 years experience in banking (of which at least 4 should be in credit administration or corporate account handling)
- Substantial knowledge of Conventional and Islamic products
- Strong Communication skills (strong preference for Arabic speaker)
- Highly computer literate
