Head of Credit - Riyadh - Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is seeking a Head of Credit to join their team in Riyadh. The role involves; maintaining a high standard of credit administration to retain/upgrade the credit rating, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and prepare market/sector studies and so on. The individual must have top interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the institution and external parties.

Requirements

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting
- Have over 5 years experience with reputable financial institutions in credit appraisal at management level.
- Possess a good command of both Arabic and English
- Be competent in MS Word and Excel
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to make decision requiring analytical, interpretative, evaluative and constructive thinking
- Be able to deal with customers at corporate level with tact and diplomacy
- Have good management skills of organisation delegation and trouble shooting.

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Middle East region.

It is essential that the candidate MUST be bilingual (English/Arabic).
