Job description / Role
To Reduce the churn, enhancing customer longevity and extracting more value to improve our companies Profitability and Market Share.Planning
* Develop and enhance CLM plan to meet the company's main objectives and targets.
* Set short, mid and long term CLM roadmap for consumer segments.
* Churn Reduction and increasing Customer Longevity
* Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end consumer CVM, retention and loyalty plan and roadmap for the business, lead the communication of these across the organization, and oversee the delivery, evolution and innovation of the propositions in the consumer loyalty and retention roadmaps.
* Develop Maintain a deep knowledge of consumer product needs, traffic drivers and behaviors, including appropriate acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and win back initiatives.
Business and Partnership development
* Build and maintain productive and trusting relationships with business partners to ensure programs are working collaboratively across the organization.
Team Management
* Building clear objectives and KPIs for the team of each function.
* Enhancing their existing Knowledge and getting best international and local practices to learn from.
* Bringing new talents that are necessarily for growing the business.
Requirements
Industry / Domain
* Telecommunication/GSM Operators
Knowledge and Experience
* Min 7-9 experience in the consumer marketing and customer lifecycle.
* Strong commercial background with business knowledge.
Education and Certification Requirements
* Master's degree in Business/Marketing or Management
Job Specific Skills
* Ability to meet challenging targets within tight deadlines.
* Excellent Business Planning Skills and Roadmap building.
* High Analytical and number crunching Skills Significant operational management experience within telecom operators.
* Strong analytical sense
