The RoleThe RoleThis International FMCG organisation is currently looking to expand their presence in Latin America. Based in their long established Miami USA office you shall be responsible for setting up and managing their customer service department. Creating loyalty initiatives and provide best practices in customer service and process efficiencies, market trends, operational excellence and customer service tools implementation. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful applicant shall have at least 7 years post graduate experience preferably in n FMCG company at a high managerial level. Your degree shall be in either marketing, communication, engineering and/or business administration. Have the ability to implement cross and up selling plans in all customer care channels to increase revenue and loyalty. Devise and implement policies and procedures to drive continual gains in productivity and customer satisfaction.
