Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading exhibition company who are looking to hire a Head of Data & CRM.
You will lead, develop and implement data strategy and CRM that delivers technical enhancements and contact management solutions for better data management and usage across departments. This role will oversee all aspects of customer data capture and processing with the exhibitions and events division. You will act as a key contact between exhibitions, marketing and IT for all data and CRM related activities as well as drive data management, CRM road map and programme manage implementation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree coupled with 5 years of relevant experience and ideally, related professional training. You should have experience with the business use of database relevant technologies including reports. In addition you should be an expert in segmentation and list enhancement techniques and have demonstrable analytical skills and familiarity with data statistical methods. It is essential you possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to deliver recommendations and findings to all stakeholders together with an excellent command of the English language.
