Title: Head Of Department- Lighting Division (Sales)
Salary: 28000- 35000 AED + Benefits (Depending on experience)

Our client is one of the most respected lighting companies in the Gulf region based in Dubai. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the well known Group of companies that has been established for over 50 years.

This is a very senior role and the person to fit this position should act as a role model for the team members. You should possess leadership qualities and should be able to implement sales process and guidelines to maintain a healthy relationship with client, customer and suppliers.

You will be heading the responsible to head the sales department and enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts. along with that you will be invlved in hiring new talent, training and guiding them to achieve the organizational goals.

This position directly reports to the General Manager.

Responsibility:

- Heading the sales department and responsible for managing approx 15 sales people.
- Be able to implement processes with performance based results.
- Drive lighting products orders and sales to increase market share.
- Drive and establish product guidelines to define Sales and Orders for execution in the UAE market.
- Conduct Customer, Market & Competitor Analysis.
- Lighting Product Quality & Customer Issues Management.
- Identify new product and new product lines.

Requirements

- Preferably Male
- Lighting Industry experience.
- Should have exposure to lighting design and having an understanding of it.
-Should have experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in managing a large team.
-Should have electrical engineering degree, Electromechanical degree also accepted.
