Leading bank in the region looking for Head of Development
Oversee Implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing ones in alignment with IT strategy.
Contribute to the establishment of IT short and long term directions
Development of implementation plans, road-maps, budgets, enterprise solution architecture and coordination of major IT applications projects.
Reports into CIO
Requirements
Requirements:
15+ years of professional experience
Experience in Development life cycle, development tools & application architecture
Background as head of development in large retail bank
Arabic language is big Plus
Regional experience is a Plus
