Job description / Role
Our client a world renowned Accountancy body is seeking to recruit a Head of Education to support the growing needs of their stakeholders in key markets across South Asia, the role will be Dubai based and will require frequent travel to key areas.
As Head of Education you will be responsible for devising strategies for those regions ensuring the development and implementation of the education services for the broad range of the bodies, tuition providers, as well as with the universities, private sector colleges and employers. You will be required to grow the territories sustainability and develop the company’s reputation and position as a strong choice of qualification to enhance employability. Additionally you will be required to increase brand awareness and recognition of the body impacting on member growth to engage more relevant stakeholders, including learning providers and employers, thus increasing recruitment of students and conversion to membership.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an accountancy qualification and have substantial relevant work experience in development, promotion and delivery of accountancy training. You must have practical experience managing projects preferably within an educational or training environment. You should possess an innovative and imaginative approach to education and teaching methodologies and be able to demonstrate well developed written and verbal communication with educational stakeholders.
