The RoleThe RoleOur client is currently recruiting for a Manager of Employee Relations to manage the development and effective implementation of policies & practices in order to build, maintain and enhance employee relations and foster harmonious working relationships in the organisation. You will be responsible for implementing the employee relations program, defining the functional structure, grievance handling, disciplinary actions and coordinate employee forums. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Psychology, 8-10 years experience in HR with at least 5 of those years in an Employee Relations role in a major public sector or private sector organisation in the region. Experience of working within a multinational organisation is essential. |
