Job description / Role

Head of Engineering Support for an Oil and Gas operating company based in Qatar, Doha.

Role description
As Head of Engineering Support you will contribute to the formulation and implementation of the engineering support department strategy and plans and make sure they are in line with the department's needs and objectives. In addition, you will study conceptual, basic and detailed engineering elements during project execution to ensure engineering integrity and monitor and oversee GTL projects from inception through to completion.

Requirements

Who we're looking for
-Bachelor degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role, 10 years of which should be in the Petrochemical industry
-Experience on GTL projects at design stage
-Preferably experience with operating companies
-Strong time management skills
-Strong verbal and written communication

Salary & Package
-Competitive Tax free salary and remuneration package. Terms of Employment include 6 weeks leave per annum, travel to home country, comprehensive health cover, and schooling allowances.
