Head of Facilities – UAE National

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor and manage maintenance program of the Company
• Develops, monitors and review all the asset management policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the Company ‘s assets are managed effectively and efficiently
• Monitor and report on the outcome of asset management and their impact on the Company’s portfolio, including risks, costs, trends and other key performance indicators
• Provide asset management support and advice the Company’s operational team including provision of training, workshops and other communication strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic asset and risk management initiatives to ensure the Company responds effectively to emerging issues, trends and changes in legislation
• Develop, implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system and associated asset management applications and tools, including system policies, data standards, user support and master data.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in Engineering

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 10 years experience as a Senior property / asset management professional
• Event experience is beneficial
• Thorough knowledge of asset/facilities management issues, policies and procedures is necessary
• Able to troubleshoot problems, seek creative solutions and manage effectively
• Able to effectively communicate and persuade; demonstrate well developed oral and written skills in the presentation of concept and plans.
