Job description / Role
We are an Executive search firm in Bombay & have been retained by A Large Construction House to recommend them suitable candidate for the position of Head Facility Management
Candidate should be from Middle/ Far East/ Asia pacific
Experience: 18 years Min
Salary: CTC open
The candidate must have handled highrise structures (It has to be complex structures)
We would prefer candidate handled Glass structures.
Safety measurement, high-tech equipment's, tiling assignment of highrise is a must.
Requirements
Requirements: Prior and proven experience of having head facility division, soft and tech skills in India or abroad
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, Aggressive, Proven ability to work under tight deadlines. Interested to relocate to Mumbai.
