Head of HR For A Leading Multinational Conglomerate in Oman.

A large multinational conglomerate is looking for a Head of HR to manage their fast growing business. This role would involve managing overall HR function. Omani Nationals Only.

Requirements

- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Omanization, Change Management
- 10+ years HR experience
- 5+ years of experience in the ME region (relevant experience in OIl & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering)
- A strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
