Heading up the Human Resourcing division of this financial firm, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience as a HR Generalist. Experience in all aspects of HR including: Human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance management and appraisal, human resource development, reward management, union-management relations, employee involvement and relations, health and wellness management. You must have an in-depth knowledge of the financial market and experience in a global investment firm is essential. |
