Head of HR and Administration

Job description / Role

AED23-27000 Per Month inclusive of HRA and Transport.

On behalf of our client an international B2B company that has been based in Dubai for almost 30 years we are looking to recruit a Western educated Head of HR and Administration.

Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional HR service. Working closely with the HR Director you will maintain, develop and implement HR strategy and policies and procedures for the Middle East office which support the business in achieving its business strategy and objectives.

You will carefully manage a complex and varied series of employee services and strike the right balance between cost and quality, frequently deal directly with the senior management team and departmental heads to ensure that HR processes are properly communicated and well understood

Requirements

The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified, have proven experience in a similar role including but not limited to leadership, managing change, workforce planning and budgeting, be able to coordinate and communicate HR strategy, have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and display cultural awareness and sensitivity.
