Head of HR for a Leading Construction Company in Saudi Arabia.

A large construction company is looking for a Head of HR. This role would involve managing overall HR function within the organization. This candidate should be experienced enough to lead the department, manage and develop the talent as well as develop and align policies and procedures. This role would involve close cooperation with CHRO on various projects.

Requirements

- 15+ years HR experience in GCC region
- Experience working with multinational companies
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
- Excellent verbal and written command of English, good command of Arabic language is a must
