Head of HR for a Leading Construction Company in the UAE
A large manufacturing company is looking for a Head of HR to manage their fast growing business. This role would involve managing overall HR function within the organization. This candidate should be experienced enough to lead the department, manage and develop the talent as well as develop and align policies and procedure.
Requirements
- Experience in Change Management,
- 10-12 years HR experience
- 7 years of experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering)
- A strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
