Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large construction company. Our client is looking to hire a Head of HR to join their organisation.
As Head of HR you will implement policies and procedures with the objective of developing and retaining employees. You will oversee all office and labour administrative functions as well as assist in setting up the strategic plan and milestone for the HR and administrative function. You will also identify business development and manage budget estimates and expenditure.
Additionally, you will maintain and uphold HR policies and procedures in order to achieve business goals and organisational growth as well as oversee all resource and labour demands from operations. You will also partner with Senior Management and guide the development of strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in HR or business administration. You should have a minimum of 12 years experience within HR alongside experience within construction / consultancy. It is essential you have experience in change management, employee development and driving performance.
