Job description / Role
The main duties of the role would include:
- To work closely with blue collar workers in the factory of the company.
- To manage the HR team, providing directions, leads, develops, and motivates the team effectively.
- Responsible for ensuring the development of appropriate Training through follow up.
- Responsible for the Implementation of HR Globe best practices across the Company.
- Control the expenses to control the HR budget.
- Safety, Security& local legislation & authorities.
- Responsible for Developing Comp & Ben Strategies.
Requirements
- Prior FMCG HR experience with minimum 8-10 yrs
- Degree Qualified
- Arabic Speaking
- Ideally both MNC & Local/Regional experience
- Located within Egypt
Salary: EGP 25000-30000
