A large manufacturing company is looking for a Head of HR to manage their fast growing business. This role would involve managing overall HR function.

Requirements
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Omanization, Change Management.
- 5 years HR experience
- 2 years of experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering)
- A strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
