Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational business with impressive growth plans, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR to their join their team inDoha. This is a generalist position with a remit to review and evaluate the current HR offering and then go on to put in place a global best practice HR function.

As Head of HR, you will work report into the HR Director and be required to step up on occasions and be part of a future succession plan. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of HR projects as this business continues to expand on an international basis. This is an operational HR role but you will also be required to be a strategic partner.

The successful candidate will have to be an Arabic speaker with significant regional HR experience, preferably within a multi sited international business. This position will manage a team of HR generalists and therefore line management experience should also be evident. You will need to be degree-educated and have demonstrated the ability to work at the executive level.
