The RoleThe RoleOur client, a leading local Saudi Bank has retained Gulf Connexions to source a new Head of HR. Responsibilities: Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring staff. Develop Individual development plan and training plan for Saudi employees. Establish employee welfare programmes and arrangements (e.g. insurance, staff loans). Develop the HR strategy / staff manual and regulations, (e.g. recruiting, evaluating, compensating). Management, direction and administration of the activities of the Human Resources & Development department including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, salary administration, recruitment, training, personnel administration and labor relations. |
RequirementsRequirements Degree in relevant discipline. Experience with employment contracts and liaising with government entities (eg. visas and GOSI). At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in Saudi Arabia. Management experience. Saudi national. Candidates who qualify for this position may apply online.
