Head of Human Resources,
Up to QAR 25,000 per month (Inclusive of accommodation and transportation),
Qatar

Our client is a leading systems integrator and is seeking a Head of Human Resources.

As the Head of HR you will be required to monitor the development of employees, their appraisal and minimize our client’s turnaround.

Some responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Human Resource of the company in a modern style to ensure optimum output of each staff member with high retention rate
• Establish a formal interactivity scheme between staff and HR to ensure effective communication of employees’ dissatisfaction/grievance & implementation of resolutions.
• Establish and implement HR policies & practices specifically for:
• General Staff Administration
• Job Descriptions & Duties
• Manpower Planning, Recruitment, & Hiring
• Career Development & Career Path
• Training & Development
• Evaluation & Rewards
• Termination & Redundancy
• Lead the manpower planning and recruitment activities
• Carry out remuneration package benchmark with other similar companies in Qatar every 2 years
• Active involvement in employee’s evaluation along with unit managers

Requirements

Criteria:

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Must currently reside in Qatar – no candidates currently living outside of Qatar will be considered
• An HR qualification would be a definite advantage
