Head of Human Resources

Job description / Role

My client, a multinational insurance company, is looking to hire a Head of HR to run their human resources department. The position is based in Dubai and the role itself is a group position, looking after several offices in the region.

This is the ideal position for a candidate with 5 years experience as a HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all recruitment for the business including sourcing, liaising with agencies, interviews and on-boarding.
- Employee relations and performance management
- Ensuring the business in compliant with all government rules and regulations
- Training and development, succession planning and talent management.
- Rolling out and enforcing all policies and procedures

Requirements

- 5 years experience in a broad HR Generalist position, experience in an insurance company is desirable yet not essential
- Solid recruitment experience
- Vast experience dealing with UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
AED 20,000 22,500 per month + Benefits
