Job description / Role
A financial services business are currently looking for a Head of HR to join their Dubai operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- HR Strategy and Development
- Change Management
- Performance Management
- Organizational Structure Review
- Strategy Formulation, Implementation and Planning
- Budgeting
- Collaboration
Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- HR related qualification preferable
- Minimum 15 years experience in HR
- Minimum of 10 years management experience
- Must have worked in Financial/Professional Services Industry
- Regional knowledge essential
- UAE experience a must
Salary: 70,000 AED/month
