Employment: Full Time

An international food production company is looking for a Head of Human Resources for their operations in Egypt, to manage their manufacturing and commercial operations.

Head of Human Resources profile:
• Design and develop HR strategies as well as implement company policies and procedures within the responsibility area
• Make recommendations, implement and revise the policies/procedures within the responsibility area when needed
• Carry out recruitment for the region, and prepare and follow up of the Headcount Plans in accordance with the Company budget
• Take active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, sales bonus system, organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions
• Act as the Performance Coach of the company to manage the performance appraisal system implementation & execution
• Initiate a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Holding Performance, Career Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans within the responsibility area.
• Manage expatriation processes for Inbound & Outbound and manage on-boarding process and arrangement of orientation programs for the newcomers and welcoming in cooperation with Business Unit Heads
• Develop and maintain a positive environment for the employees, carry out organizational climate surveys when needed.
• Design, development and preparation of the HR reports covering the responsibility area
• Manage organizational database, keep the records updated within the responsibility area

Requirements

Ideal Head of Human Resources profile:
• Fluent English and Arabic. Any other language is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum about 8-10 years in HR function of which at least 3 years in a role of Head of HR management
• Advanced knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Good local market knowledge and local law knowledge
• Generalist with good experience in different areas of HR, and in operational HR
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and high emotional intelligence
• Good convincing power and conflict resolution skills
• Strong ability to interact efficiently with all levels of management and employees
• Very strong team player
• Strong cultural adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and under pressure
