Job description / Role
Reporting to and partnering the country managing director you will take country wide coverage of Saudi. Your key responsibilites will include, Saudization, compensation and benefits, organisational development, talent acquisition, employee performance management and all aspects of growing an organisation at a country level.
Requirements
You will require a minimum of 15 years experience as a human resources professional working for a multinational company. This role requires someone that has been in country wide positions. You must be accustomed to operating at senior management levels and business partnering business leaders.
