The Role


The Role

A Financial Institution based Doha requires a Human Resources Director to join their team as soon as possible.

Reporting into the Regional CEO, you will have a generalist function and be responsible for a small Human Resources Team.

You will lead the HR Department and use your full range of HR Skills to implement a review of Policies and Produces to ensure they adhere which Cooperate Standards.

You will lead a Talent Management project that will develop the skills of current employee's and will look to build a foundation of success of the company in Qatar.

Requirements


Requirements

You will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience at a senior level.

Your Arabic and English communications skills will be excellent and you will be a customer and people focused individual.

The company have a proven history within the Middle East and are interested in individuals that are seeking a demanding yet challenging career.

This position is only open to Qatari National Candidates.
