Head of IT Infrastructure

A large Financial Institution is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure to join their growing organization. Mentioned below are the roles and responsibilities of the candidate:
- Drive and Execute Infrastructure projects across multiple technologies closely working with business teams in infrastructure, Application Development, and operational units across multiple lines of business for the bank.
- To manage the designated projects through all relevant stages of the project lifecycle from project initiation through to project closure and review where appropriate. This will include some or all of the following depending upon the nature, size and composition of the project; Project Management
- To manage project risk and issues and escalate as appropriate in a timely fashion.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures governing Infrastructure Delivery Projects.
- Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation life cycle; coordinate documentation when needed.
- Arrange users training and align training with users goals.
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Vendor Management
- Systems development management
- Infrastructure Support
- Project Management and associated methods and tools.
- Governance Quality, Budget, Timescales.
- In-depth knowledge of full systems lifecycle
- Experience within the Middle East is required
