Job description / Role
My client a leading FMCG client, with a presence in around 60+ countries, both manufacturing and distributing brands across several categories are currently recruiting for a Head of Industrial Sales to lead the sales team in Cairo
Lead the development and implementation of Industrial Sales Strategy within the assigned geography/ markets, aligned to the business objectives
Ensure an efficient and effective operation in order to deliver the defined strategy through a capable and motivated sales organisation
Responsible for overall performance of Industrial Sales function within the assigned geography/markets.
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role the successful candidate must possess the following criteria
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales, in reputable companies selling FOOD ITEMS to Industries
- Technical or functional qualification with a Management Degree
Track record of Organisational Development
- Must be in or be willing to live in Egypt
