The RoleThe RoleOur client is the largest Developer in Dubai and can boast the largest land bank in Dubai. They are now seeking a highly qualified Head of Internal Audit who will be reporting into the Audit Committee and CEO. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage a high quality internal audit function and map out the audit framework - Focus on the planning and implementation of internal controls and develop a risk and system based audit approach - Act as a business partner to the Group in general and Senior Management in particular, providing advice on system implementations, control environment, policies, processes |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a CA or CPA in addition to CIA. At least 12 years functional experience in a commercial environment is required. You should also have experience in establishing a risk based internal audit function and in planning and implementation of audit and control policies. A high level of maturity, credibility and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with senior management is essential. If you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Arabic then this is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class company. |
