Head of Internal Audit

Job description / Role

An experienced Audit Director / Head of Audit is required for one of the largest FMCG business within the Kingdom. The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi.

The Head of Internal Audit will report directly to the board of directors and CEO. This person will be a pivotal part of the finance department, supporting the committee and CEO with all Audit information and Analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Accounting or related Discipline.
- Post Graduate Degree- Related
- Charted Accountant- ACA from High Standing International Institute.
- Institute of Internal Audit Membership.
- Minimum 10 Years relevant Internal Audit Experience in Big 4 and or Blue Chip/ Large Listed Businesses.
- A proven track record in building and leading risk based multi cultural audit functions.
- Good Command on oral and written Arabic and English language.
- At least 10 years post qualification experience.
- Solid understanding of the 3 themes of Internal Audit.
- Implementing ERM and advanced practical, proportionate and commercial Audits.
- Multi Cultural working environment experience.

Desirable:
- Previous experience with an international FMCG business, Food & Beverage is advantageous.
- Previous working experience working in the middle east or North Africa.
- Experience of multi- markets.
