Employment: Full Time

The Role:

The Head of Internal Communications will drive employee engagement and performance through an effective internal communications infrastructure which aligns Alshaya employees around our vision, values and business goals. The scope of the role includes corporate and store communications and has a broad remit including existing and future communications programs.

Specifically you will:

* Define and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy and action plan for Alshaya which shapes and aligns corporate and functional messaging
* Drive timely and relevant delivery of information and messaging across Alshaya ('tell, listen, engage')
* Deliver a robust head office and store communications infrastructure.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

* A university Degree, ideally within communications or related subject
* Deep insight and extensive experience leading corporate communications teams and programs
* Experience working within large complex organizations, ideally multi-brand, multi-geography, retail environments
* A mix of agency and in-house communications experience preferred
* Excellent factual and creative writing and editing in English - Arabic skills an advantage.
