NTS Group are representing a leading global client to recruit a Head of Internal Controls for the regional office based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading MNC at a senior level.
The position exists to ensure the overall Internal Controls environment is maintained and regularly monitored. This includes compliance with company policies and Internal Controls standards, implementing of global compliance and Sox programs, efficiency of business processes, propriety of business transactions, reliability and integrity of information across the region.
Requirements
- Chartered or Certified Public Accountant or equivalent with at least 10-12 years post-qualification experience.
- Internal audit qualification (CIA, CISA) is a plus
- Knowledge of understanding business processes and Internal Controls standards.
- Structured training in technical accounting and Internal control areas
- Extensive experience in the field of audit, compliance, internal controls
- Previous International FMCG experience is valuable, including working with cross-cultural teams within the Middle East region.
- A strong background and solid understanding of the accounting policies, systems and controls required to maintain robust and accurate accounting records and security of company assets.
- Good working knowledge of Middle East economic and commercial environment and business practices.
