The Role


Reporting to Head of International IT Service Center.

Based in Doha but requires travelling abroad. Arabic Speakers with western nationalities preferred. Otherwise, all nationalities are accepted, except Jordanians, Palestinians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum ten years of experience in managing IT support and operations departments.

Experience in Service management, Project management, Change management, business planning, strategic planning, portfolio management, contract management and procurement management.

Experience in managing risk, disaster recovery, business continuity and security.

Experience in managing multiple projects and multiple departments with minimum of 20 staff members.

Certifications in management are plus (PMP, ITIL, etc..).

Experience in infrastructure project that involve setting up IT in remote locations, servers, communications, networks, peripherals, and wide range of applications.

English Language is a must, Arabic Language is highly required.
