The RoleThe RoleThis Shari'ah compliant investment organization transacts business across the Middle East & North Africa region. They offer a broad spectrum of services including private equity, strategic investments, asset management and corporate finance advisory. They are looking for a Head of Investment Banking to lead a team and execute investment banking transactions across the region. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategy and business plan to grow the investment banking business. Lead all M&A and investment advisory services to clients, including major corporations and governments and Bank's own acquisitions. Identify new investment opportunities, products and services. Lead advisory services including target valuation, deal structure, fund raising and negotiation. Origination of new deals and execution through to close. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualified finance professional with CPA, CFA or equivalent and an MBA from a leading institute. Minimum 10 years investment banking experience from the Middle East and a strong understanding of Islamic Banking. |
