Our Client is one the Middle Easts largest importers, distributors and retailers of motor. The group has grown not only to become the largest automotive dealers, but more importantly the sole distributor for the full GM product range while contributing to a better future. They have been recognized as a dynamic and aggressive organization composed of a multicultural workforce.
They require an experienced and result-driven Head of Kurdistan Region, to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions, ensure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
Supervising the sales teams daily performance or target.
Suprising the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
Work in coaching the members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for future growth.
Implement marketing campaigns and product launch strategies.
Ensure that all business process standards are observed.
Oversee the activities of the sales team to ensure their activities abide by the companys policies and procedures.
Execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales team and back office team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant Gulf Experience
Exposure in Automotive Industry is required.
Experience in After Sales function is an added value.
Ability to create a workplace environment and culture that allows all employees to develop and excel in their jobs.
Coaching and mentoring skills to help sales employees overcome weaknesses and shortcomings.
Superior level Sales and Marketing skills of modern business methods and controls.
Superior Level Communication skills
The Incumbent must have the following skills and flexibility:
Strategic planning, network development, cost efficiency, plus his strong sales, marketing and customer relationships' competencies.
Must be able to manage teams, develop their technical and management capabilities, as well as his ability to reinforce and facilitate the Company capacity building.
Must be able to efficiently manage a diversified cultural work environment while maintain international quality standards for business productivity and work processes and procedures
A strong personality of Arab nationality with perfect Arabic and English languages and the acceptance to be fully relocated to Erbil in Kurdistan.
Flexible with frequent visits across the Iraqi cities (as required) as well as Baghdad.
