Employment: Full Time

STR Global in partnership with a leading chemical company is recruiting for a HEAD OF LABORATORY role to be based in Qatar.

As the Head of the Laboratory Section you will be responsible for delivering analytical services, development and troubleshooting to aid the company growth and service delivery.

You will be responsible for the training and development of a Laboratory team, co-ordinate with external laboratories and research institutions and liaise with your peers within the business.

Client liaison is a key element of this role delivering analytical results.

As a Senior Manager in the business you will be expected to promote and ensure fulfilment of the businesses Occupational Health, Environment, Safety and Quality system standards.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree or Master Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University.
10 - 15 years direct and relevant experience in a Laboratory function within fertiliser or petrochemical industry.
