The large and highly motivated Language and Learning Department delivers English language and study skills to over 900 students within the School of Foundation Studies.
Strong leadership qualities are essential together with an innovative approach and embracement of modern technology: these qualities are especially sought at the current time as the School of Foundation moves into its new quarters at Airport Heights in September 2012.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this post must preferably have attained a PhD; equally importantly, he or she must have a proven track record of managing a similar department, and a minimum of eight years of teaching experience.
