The RoleThe RoleOur client is currently looking for a Senior Manager within Learning & Development to lead and drive organisation-wide Learning and Development initiatives including the designing, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development resources to ensure that the level of talent in the organisation is aligned with the strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience of a wide range of learning tools, implementation of succession planning program and Emiritization. |
RequirementsRequirementsA minimum of 10 years experience within HR with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in L&D function for a major public sector or private sector organisation. Multinational exposure is essential. This is very much a strategic position where you will be responsible for implementing the vision. |
